These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RelicShare at relicshare.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What RelicShare is

RelicShare is a free, fan-made tool that lets Warframe players browse relics and their rewards, and host or find sessions to open relics together. It is provided for informational and community purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. To host or join sessions and use identity-bearing features, you must verify ownership of a Warframe account as described in the Service.

3. Accounts and verification

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • Your player name is assigned through forum verification and is tied to the Warframe forum account you verify with. You may not attempt to claim or impersonate a name you do not control.
  • Provide accurate information and do not create accounts to abuse, disrupt, or circumvent limits of the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud other users.
  • Post spam, scams, or content unrelated to relic sharing.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure, or interfere with its normal operation.
  • Use automated means to scrape, overload, or abuse the Service.
  • Violate any applicable law or the rules of the Warframe forums.

5. Your content

You are responsible for the sessions and other content you create. You grant RelicShare the limited right to display that content within the Service so it can function. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. No affiliation with Digital Extremes

RelicShare is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Digital Extremes Ltd. Warframe, the Warframe logo, and related characters and artwork are trademarks and intellectual property of Digital Extremes Ltd, and remain their property.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that game data (such as relic drop tables) is accurate or current.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelicShare and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service's operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
